Jesus replied, “The most important commandment is this: ‘Listen, O Israel! The Lord our God is the one and only Lord. And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.’ The second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’

I really appreciated finding the Bible verses on Love! That is my great struggle-not only in this time of Lent, but every day. I am easily irritated by the inane comments by many others, and the lack of direction in so many people………….I’m asking the Lord to be with me in seeing the better part of each one I come in contact with EACH DAY. Thank you for your lovely ‘work’.
Alice, I do understand the struggle! I’m glad that we don’t have to love others in our own strength, but God can help us to love them as He does! I sure need that help sometimes 🙂
